Energy and Utilities Board Act
158(1)The Energy and Utilities Board Act, chapter E-9.18 of the Acts of New Brunswick, 2006, is amended by adding after section 1 the following:
Interpretation
1.1For greater certainty, in this Act, a reference to an Act includes a reference to the regulations under that Act unless the context otherwise requires.
158(2)Subsection 40(3) of the Act is repealed.
158(3)Paragraph 50(2)(a) of the Act is repealed and the following is substituted:
(a) transmitters under the Electricity Act;
